What can I expect?
Medication management is quite a bit different then therapy. Appointments are as long as medically necessary and the focus is on how your coping with your medication regimen. We do suggest attending therapy as well to help you feel like your best self.
How does Telehealth work?
Prior to your session you will be provided with a link to connect with your practitioner over a secure telehealth platform.
How do I pay my copay?
Telehealth sessions can be paid via our HIPAA compliant app IvyPay. At the end of your session we will send you a link to register a card on file.
In person appointments can either be paid in cash or via IvyPay. All IvyPay transactions are subject to a 5% fee.
TESSA ZOMPANIS, MSN, NP
Ms. Zompanis is an Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practioner, who studied at the City University of New York, Hunter College, to obtain her degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.

Tessa describes her style as warm, encouraging, and focuses on empowering collaboration with patients while tailoring her approach to each person’s unique set of needs. Together she and the patient will develop a comprehensive treatment plan that may involve medications, psychotherapy or both.
MARIYA SHAVULSKIY, NP
Ms. Shavulskiy earned her master's degree in psychiatric nursing from the City University of New York, Hunter College. Before that, she completed a bachelor's degree at the New York City College of Technology. Her practice philosophy is to provide holistic and evidence-based care that is respectful of the concerns, values, and aspirations of her patients.
Ms. Shavulskiy is bilingual and speaks in English and Russian. She is extremely passionate about her work and receives satisfaction from the fact that her patients feel comfortable and confident when they come to visit her.
